The Beautiful Art of Letting Go is an art class with a difference.
The difference is about understanding not only our relationship with beauty, rediscovering the joy of art, breaking moulds and letting go of perfection, while not losing sight of your own beauty.
Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, you will learn to appreciate your perfectly imperfect form and understand the importance of sustaining…ourselves and our precious planet.
In this workshop, we will explore our relationship with beauty in the context of our society, and use cosmetics in a therapeutic, mindful way.
Letting go – if even for a moment – is good for your mental health and wellbeing.

I am a firm believer that it is the sum of our experiences that shape and mould us into the unique people we become.
Having worked for years in an industry notorious for its environmental impact and suspected hidden toxins, I started my mission to educate and inspire people about how they can revolutionise their beauty habits and beliefs to prevent harming themselves and the environment.
By combining my knowledge of conscious beauty and deep-rooted passion for art and unwavering curiosity about the connectivity of everything, The Beautiful Art of Letting Go was born.
My name means luminous, bright, and shining.
Like a light, there is nothing more satisfying to me than guiding people, helping them to achieve balance, inner harmony, and bliss.
My ethos is to promote acceptance and inclusivity; enabling people to move away from shamed based thoughts and behaviours, allowing them to embrace who they truly are.
Meditation, mindfulness, and yoga have helped me to embrace challenges in my life and explore my own inner journey.
Well-versed in the scientifically supported practices, including mindfulness, meditation and yoga, I’m now looking forward to helping with yours as a co-facilitator on The Beautiful Art of Letting Go Programme.
