An intimate, four part in-depth mindfulness and art programme harnessing the unique approach of The Beautiful Art of Letting Go classes and supporting you in developing skills to move away from shamed based thoughts and behaviours, and allowing you to embrace who you truly are.
The programme has been designed in conjunction with mindfulness expert, Munira van der Zijl of Ohm Wellbeing – who will co-facilitate the weekly workshops with Khandiz.
The weekly 1.5 hour* Saturday morning workshops will be delivered virtually via Zoom at 11:00am BST, starting on 22 August and completing on 12 September, 2020.
Week 1: A Cleansing Experience – Acknowledging Vulnerability and Nourishing & Reconnecting
Week 2: Reframing and Refocus with Intention – Different perspectives and vantage points
Week 3: Liking and disliking / Exploration in transformation – Awareness of biases and application of acceptances
Week 4: Celebration of self / Completion of your masterpiece – Acceptance and celebration of self allows for expansiveness to others
